Service Description

This course is for seniors with decades of experience in Iyengar Yoga to develop a practice well suited to the mature body with additional consideration for age related conditions. If you cannot attend all the classes during the course you are invited to transfer to another live or online class. These "swap-in" classes can only be taken within the current course dates. We also offer students with current course bookings the opportunity to attend additional classes. Enrolled students can pay at the studio for additional "drop in" classes (£12). Saturday and Sunday classes are open to anyone to "drop-in" regardless of whether they have enrolled for another course.
