Service Description

These intensives are suitable for students who attend regular Iyengar classes and practice inverted poses. The August Mini Intensive includes three classes with Lydia Fri 23rd 17.00-18.30 Restorative Sat 24th 9.00-10.00 Pranayama Sat 24th 11.00-13.30 Asana and three classes with Edgar Sat 24th 17.00-18.30 Restorative Sun 25th 9.00-10.00 Pranayama Sun 25th 11.00-13.30 Asana There will also be a free philosophy discussion on Saturday 24th 15.30-16.30. Workshops are non-refundable but if you cannot attend, you can join the another workshop (space permitting). You can only transfer your workshop booking within three months of purchase.
