Service Description

Level 2 /3 workshops are suitable for Iyengar teachers, trainees and very experienced students. They enable in-depth exploration of asanas and pranayamas on the Level 1, 2 or 3 syllabus. This workshop will run between 11.30-1.30pm there will be a 30 minute break and then a second session 2.00-3.30pm.
