A restorative sequence to help with winter colds and viruses which includes inversions. This workshop is suitable for students with some experience of Iyengar Yoga. Workshops are non-refundable but if you cannot attend, you can join the next workshop (space permitting). You can only transfer your workshop booking within three months of purchase.
