These intensives are suitable for students who attend regular Iyengar classes and practice inverted poses. The Easter Mini Intensive includes three classes with Lydia Thurs 2nd 18.00-19.30 Restorative Fri 3rd 9.00-10.00 Pranayama Fri 3rd 11.00-13.30 Asana Fri 3rd 15.00-16.00 Philosophy discussion and three classes with Edgar Fri 3rd 16.30-18.00 Restorative Sat 4th 9.00-10.00 Pranayama Sat 4th 11.00-14.00 Asana Workshops are non-refundable but if you cannot attend, you can join the another workshop (space permitting). You can only transfer your workshop booking within three months of purchase.
