The medical profession recognise it's benefits and studies have shown that it helps with common problems such as arthritis, IBS, osteoporosis. It is also recognised for improving mental health and promoting well being.

  • Inform us at the beginning of the class if you are menstruating or are feeling unwell.
  • Turn mobile phones off before class.
  • Drink from water bottles before or after the lesson but not during.
  • Wait outside the class for a few minutes if you arrive late until we have finished the invocation / sitting quietly.
